Sehr verehrte Eigentümer,
wie Ihnen sicherlich längst bekannt ist, hat die spanische Regierung den Termin der 15-Tägigen Ausgangssperre von Montag, den 16. März 2020 08.00 Uhr auf Sonntag, den 15. März 2020 00.00 Uhr vorgezogen.
Ich möchte Sie nochmals darauf aufmerksam machen, dass der Sinn der Ausgangssperre darin liegt, die Menschen zu isolieren. D.h. man hat nur direkten Kontakt zu den Personen, mit denen man in derselben Wohnung lebt und nicht zu den Nachbarn und/oder Freunden.

como sin duda sabrán, el Gobierno español ha adelantado la fecha del aislamiento de 15 días del lunes 16 de marzo de 2020 a las 08.00 horas al domingo 15 de marzo de 2020 a las 00.00 horas.
Me gustaría llamar su atención una vez más sobre el hecho de que el propósito del toque de queda es aislar a las personas. Esto significa que sólo deberían tener contacto directo con la gente con la que viva en la misma vivienda y no con los vecinos y/o amigos.

as you are no doubt aware, the Spanish Government has brought forward the date of the 15-day curfew from Monday 16 March 2020 08.00 to Sunday 15 March 2020 00.00.
I would like to draw your attention once again to the fact that the purpose of the curfew is to isolate people. This means that you only have direct contact with the people with whom you live in the same apartment and not with your neighbours and/or friends.

Die spanische Regierung hat gestern den Alarmzustand ausgerufen und heute verfügt, dass ab Montag ab 08.00 Uhr eine 15-Tägige Ausgangssperre in ganz Spanien verhängt wird.
Das bedeutet, dass alle Bewohner das Haus nur noch unter bestimmten Voraussetzungen verlassen dürfen. Dazu gehören Einkäufe von Lebensmitteln und Medikamenten oder lebensnotwendigen Utensilien, Arztbesuche, Hilfestellungen für alte Menschen oder Kinder und Fahrten zur Arbeit, wenn ein Home-Office nicht möglich ist. Supermärkte, Lebensmittelgeschäfte, Drogerien, Apotheken, Banken, Versicherungen und Tankstellen bleiben geöffnet. Bei Zuwiderhandlungen drohen Strafen von 600 Euro.
D.h. dass die Angestellten der Urbanisation weiterhin zur Arbeit erscheinen, insofern sie nicht krankgeschrieben sind. Sie werden einzeln eingesetzt, so dass sie keinen großen Kontakt untereinander haben.
Bitte vermeiden Sie möglichst alle Kontakte und halten Sie grundsätzlich einen Sicherheitsabstand von 1m zu anderen Personen ein und waschen Sie sich so oft wie möglich die Hände mit Seife, mindestens 30 sekundenlang. Das Virus haftet je nach Untergrund zwischen 4 Stunden und 9 Tagen auf den Oberflächen. Bitte reinigen Sie regelmäßig die Türklinken und Griffe.
Die Sprechstunden werden ausgesetzt und Sie können mich jederzeit über Telefon, WhatsApp oder Email erreichen.

El gobierno español declaró ayer el estado de alarma y hoy decretó que se impondrá un toque de aislamiento de 15 días en toda España a partir de las 08.00 del lunes.
Las personas sólo podrán circular por las vías de uso público para: adquisición de alimentos, productos farmacéuticos y de primera necesidad. Asistencia a centros, servicios sanitarios. Asistencia al trabajo. Retorno a residencia habitual; atención a mayores, menores y personas vulnerables; desplazamiento a entidades financieras y de seguros.
Se pueden imponer multas de 600 euros por incumplimiento.
Esto significa que los empleados de la urbanización seguirán presentándose a trabajar, mientras no estén de baja por incapacidad temporal. Se desplegarán individualmente para que no tengan mucho contacto entre sí.
Por favor, evite todo contacto social si es posible y mantenga siempre una distancia de seguridad de 1m y lávese las manos con jabón tan a menudo como sea posible, al menos durante 30 segundos. El virus se adhiere a las superficies entre 4 horas y 9 días, dependiendo de la superficie. Por favor, limpie las manijas y los puños de las puertas con regularidad.

The Spanish government declared a state of alert yesterday and today decreed that a 15-day curfew will be imposed throughout Spain from 8.00 am on Monday.
This means that all residents will only be allowed to leave the house under certain conditions. These include the purchase of food and medicines or essential utensils, visits to the doctor, assistance for the elderly or children and travel to work if a home office is not available. Supermarkets, grocery stores, drugstores, pharmacies, banks, insurance and gas stations remain open. Fines of 600 euros may be imposed for non-compliance.
This means that the employees of the urbanisation will continue to show up for work, as long as they are not on sick leave. They will be deployed individually so that they do not have much contact with each other.
